Mergers and Booze

Mergers and BoozeI wise man once told me
"Never drink to feel better, only drink to feel EVEN better" Its great advice that I honestly havent followed to the letter.
I would posit that mergers should follow a similar mantra.
"If you have a broken company merging with another broken company wont fix it"
Ok thats true but a bit clunky lets try again
"If you cant run a 2 SKU company after 12 years you should just quit"
Ok I really like that one. Last try
" Allowing a company ruined by one man to merge with another company ruined by the same man is the very definition of insanity"
