RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Time buy Curaleaf and sell Canopy

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Time buy Curaleaf and sell CanopyThe Canada to USA deal for Canopy would probably move the needle more than anything right now with maybe the exception of turfing Klein.

The new skus and such may be getting tested in Canada but won't move the shareprice like getting them on shelves in the US will.

Klein is non-commital to the shareholders of Canopy which could be his fatal mistake.

STZ is sitting pretty if they keep declaring red ink on their balance sheet and it is easy to declare bankruptcy.

The bigger Americanization plan for Canopy has a lot of merit but is he going to cut the throats of the Canopy and Acreage shareholders or take them along for the ride for when he pulls all of these brands together and relaunches Canopy USA.

US legalization in some way shape or form will stir up the potpreneurs desperately in a huge moneymaking and moneylosing event generated by the huge dollar potential that Canopy shareholders experienced after STZ put up $5 billion for some Canopy and more, albeit at a better deal when they started bottomfeeding on our shareprice and taking positions of the other brands that they found of interest.

US legalization will trigger the corrections that need to happen in regards to supply and demand for this new vice to be healthy and successful.

I'm liking US MSOs but all Canopy has is an unfullfilled promise of assuming Acreage to be that US MSO.

As a Canadian LP investor I sense protectionism from US business backed by lack of progress from the politicians in the US to leave their potpreneurs to be a rudderless ship.

There will be a ton of potpreneurs that go bankrupt while others will get merged and a select few will thrive, probably the well financed that can survive the storm while they fight for position.

Canopy USA happening could stimulate the shareprice of Canopy but will Team Klein do the right thing and take the old Canopy and Acreage shareholders along for the ride or will they be bankruptcy fodder!

Klein, STZ and STZ lending have been at the helm since the good old Bruce Linton turfing and taken the marketcap from $22 billion to a half a billion and they may not be finished until they bankrupt this and steal it from the rightfull shareholders for their Americanization plan.
