Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. The Q4 2023 reported 67,624,036 fully diluted shares outstanding versus 69,803,255 in the previously quarter (Q3 2023) - a difference of approximately 2.2 Million shares - to the long-term shareholders benefit should this down-sloping trend hold or continue.
