Lets say Prefer "K" resets next month. It's current yield is

Lets say Prefer "K" resets next month. It's current yield is9%.   It's Reset Yield looking to be 23%.   Pierre, you telling me you don't care about reset yields and that current yields is all that matters????

In this instance, would you still say the T's yielding 12% still a better buy?

All just my opinion/view/thinking/making up an extreme example just to check your mental state
