Carena, you know how BIG $19 Billion is???

BPY added $19 Billion to the Balance Sheet in 2023.

To put that in perspective, you use SLG and VNO as proxies. It took about 20 years for SLG to grow thier balance sheet to about $9 Billion, and it took VNO about 20 years to grow their sheet to about $16 Billion.

The entire company SLG is only $9 Billioin and VNO $16 Billion, it took them about 20 years to grow the balance sheet to that.

Not sure using SLG/VNO as proxies for BPY very appropriate.

$19 BILLION !!!!

All just my opinion/view/thinking
