Crazy today is instructing me to pick new proxies for BPY because "capital is not "pouring" into SLG and VNO".   

For the record, BPY was privatized by BN at $18/share in 2021 and if BN had left BPY stand-alone, BN could probably by BPY today for a $1/share.   SLG and VNO have stood on their own two feet all by themselves and continue to do so.

Also, I would surmise that both SLG and VNO would look at the same $19 billion that Crazy is so fond of, as an utter disaster.  

Finally, in being totally honest, it didn't even occur to me to look at asset growth and related time periods (up to 20yrs, nonetheless!) as the basis for selecting my proxies. 

Crazy, I was going to ask you what your proxies are.  On second thought, no thank you.
