My Simple Case for $25 per share....

BPY didn't buy our BPO Prefers so our $25 per share equity is ours. To not pay $25/share BPY gave a Guarantee. I assume that guarantee includes the $25 equity along with the dividends, only makes sense. Futhermore I assume BN now also takes on that liablity of the Guarantee as they bought BPY. Again, makes sense.

Until then, our shares will trade on the open market for what ever....... But, for me, I see $25/share in the shadows. Many other companies have been redeeming their Prefers for $25.

All just my opinion/view/thinking.... tryig to make sense of things
