RE:PORTYes I remember Phantom, your interest in ports. Got me going on infrastructure in general. From what I understand a sizable area of Guyana's coastal area is almost at sea level and prone to high tide, storm surge flooding which is why they built a seawall in Georgetown. So they're going to need a lot of fill to bring the port areas, roads etc safely above sea level. Maybe that's whst the constraint to accelersted construction is. Scarcity of aggregate. Lots of granite like rock in the Guyana Shield area to crush into aggregate. But they need that new road that their building from Letham to Linden through the Esdequibo territory. Too many constraints right now. Once the constraints esse then maybe they'll kick it into high gear. I'm just guessing though.
