As to your contention that you know anything about who continues to own Pine Cliff, neither of the gentlemen you mention has gone anywhere; save off the list of those who are required to register as insiders. In his podcast the day following release of the year-end Mr Hodge clearly alludes to both of them (although carefully not by name) and also to AIMCO; who are required to report as insiders. The latter has not budged; and from what Mr Hodge said I doubt if either of the former have either.
Mr Hodge just bought 55,000 shares on the open market. Others (including me) are making their own judgements, perhaps with a longer term horizon that you use, to buy the shares that are being offered up. We will see how this works out.
I understand you are unhappy; that seems to be perpetual. And you are entitled to your opinion. But if you aspire to it having any credibility, make sure you know of what you speak.
