Double Bottom, Jan 19, NCIB, Crazy Reset Yields, $19 Billion

Double Bottom, Jan 19, NCIB, Crazy Reset Yields, $19 BillionGuarantee....Right or wrong at least I supporting my investment with something more than "I believe in Flatt" !!!

And on that Guarantee..... BPY didn't buy BPO Prefers.  $25/share Prefer Equity is outstanding.   BPY gave a guarantee instead.   What would that guarantee be guaranteeing if not the $25/share equity and dividend payments???    And BN buying BPY, it makes sense BN would now take on BPY liabilities, including the Guarantee.......  Nobody has given any common sense, proof otherwise.

I'm not that crazy, I know there's a serious issue, income statement bleeding RED.

But I'm not so crazy as to base my investment solely on the blief in Flatt.

All just my opinion/view/thinking
