Who cares about Neograph....
Why would someone care about losing something they never had or never had any clue of the value of that thing they never had...lets just get over it already. The irony here is that because of NGC's own incompetence in messaging, neither the market nor investors had any idea of the value or potential future value of this deal because HUGUES and our other IR morons utterly failed at communicating such a narrative.
Throw in some genuine incompetence at the CEO level, some extremely poor messaging, an inability to close anything...and you're left with HUGUES walking away from the deal, tail tucked between his legs looking stupid....and that in a nutshell was the Neograph journey and experience for shareholders. Thanx again for nothing Hugues...what a highly overcompensated, wonderful CEO you are. Actually no, you are a loser in the wrong job doing the wrong thing for way too much money.
1Student, after deciphering your lastest tirade with a shakespearean dictionary, I was able to come to the conclusion...dude, just let it go. Edgewater, neograph and Northern were always going to part ways in an amicable manner...Edgewater and neograph need NGC for graphite feedstock and thus they wouldn't jeopardize that for any reason...I'm sure all parties will come around again in the future once we get a new CEO, that is a real CEO.
Where is our big IR rollout from all three IR peeps we have hired? What a disaster. Hugues...promises, talks, promises some more, extends, talks some more, extends some more...then after all the talking, promising and extending has been exhausted...he just simply pulls a walk away Joe' Lets hope he doesn't apply that same strategy to all the other non binding LOI expired this and that still left out on the the table. It's looking like the potential for a real graveyard of expired deals Hugues is putting together...
HUGUES, your time is up. Please stop playing CEO with our money and shares. You are killing this company. The BOD, shame on all of you for allowing HUGUES to run free...WHERE is the accountability to shareholders? Where is the integrity? Where is the professionalism? Where is the leadership? Greg, hello Greg....chairman of a sinking ship is what you are. Wake up Greg, your barn is burning and none of your executive group are running to grab buckets...they are all lost in translation feasting at the buffet of salary, bonuses, expense accounts and cheap options. You guys are responsible to shareholders, not each other. Please start acting like you care, even a little about shareholders.
Enough is enough. These guys gotta go.
