RE:dead dog ?? The ATM, imho, is a major issue.  It was my concern from day one.  Having said that, probably no worse than the overhang of doing a deep discount to market deal with warrants which is what we have seen from TUD the last couple of years.

They need money.  It hasnt been easy for them to access it imho.  So somethins gotta give.  Without the ATM, fear of next deal may have taken us much lower.
