The unanswered and unaddressed

The unanswered and unaddressedIt is difficult to understand how

1)the CFo who has been associated with the company since forever, has had no part to play in the  egregious  running commentary  in the MD&A's of the so called "wrongdoings" of the co-founder who ran the company for decades.  It generally takes two in management to run a company, and the cfo is an officer, just saying.

2)  the current ceo can stand as a nominee director when there has been a management cease trade order against him within the last ten years? The question also extends to the cfo, presuming the position will be filled by the same person. Why was that mcto in place again? Oh yes, the annual audited financial statements were not on time. Yes and the key word here is "annual".

3) the current Chairman can stand as a director nominee when his principal occupation is listed as the President of a public company that is currently under a trading Halt order closing in on three months!!  ??

4) how come the claims coverages stated in the latest MD&A  don't match with the public records? The number of hectares from the stockhouse company description has been noticeably removed. I guess it was about time but imagine there  must be a news release as it is material information?

Reviewing the last three years, the incumbent crowd have not done anything to appreciate share value, only depreciate it through the issuance of 60M shares. It is so interesting to read the past news releases and notes. They continually try to hang the guy, who worked with them for such a looooong time, out to dry.

Shame Shame. I understand the truth will come out one day.
