Dyment holds 6,485,208 shares; of this amount 2,916,667 was acquired priveately at $0.179. He received 878,000 shares for services in 2020. He has 1,500,000 options, with an average price <$0.40. Shares seem to move between him and his family trust. SEDI only reports to 2016, so founder's shares, if any, are obsured; however, he did hold 4,845,584 shares as on January, 2016.
My conclusion is that insider holdings at GSI are not a good comp for insider holdings at QTRH, where all the purchases have been made with personal money of the individual insiders.
