This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

What I can tell you is that Caisse increase their position in BCE. That carries more weight than some analyst blow hardn and his/her agenda.

you should care, you don't listen to people that no more than you do, this is why you are losing money everyday on BCE down another 30 pennies this morning. lol
