RE:RE:RE:Reporting I'm working at a place that had piss poor people in what I would call "my department" for probably forever. I might be the first best guy?
Problem is that these executives are churned out of the same soggy mess; these executives are churned out trash from other companies! I was hired for another job in this company non related but put myelf here as a trusted manager of my small department. These shumucks use resumes... and bull...shiet.
I bet half these losers can't tie their own shoelaces. I showed hard work,determination,honesty,and resourcefullness and some other really cool things but the point is... these losers have done none! Nothing to show!
If this is the plan I get it. If Marcs(his name)in IOT?..I get it. If kesselman did his job(and bought a few shares)and is gone...OK. did he make any good connections? Oh ya, that's what I do. And,I get discounts and the receptionists like me and put me on to service or parts...where I'm helped carefully through complicated mechanical procedures.
Again...communicate,gain respect,be kind,(communicate means to know who is on the phone,is it your receptionist(the most important person)) then your parts counter technician.
Names,always remember their names. Now here I go...Marc...IOT....I got nothing...
If Alex has had to fire 50 guys to get the right guy...I get it. I got good at firing people.
We have to understand that if 50 people have quit there could be some discussion.
Then again...I don't see turnover at ubs.
So,is it all strategy or a slow drip?
