RE:Guess where they bought

RE:Guess where they bought
youknowwhat,

Hmm? That's strange. I had you pegged as being super thorough in the way you choose to research any given NGC stakeholder.
You seem surprised with respect to the Imerys SA connection to that claim filed against J&J, in regards to the asbestos contaminated talcum powder lawsuit.
It's obvious that you are either choosing to overlook something most specific about Imerys SA or you just don't know; and I highly doubt that you just don't know youknowwhat.
Yes. The Imerys SA owned subsidiaries having supplied the talc mineral for J&J would be an intersting tidbit of information, i.e. for those who simply don't yet know about it.

Remind me to convey for you a certain story of precisely how these kinds of things tend to go when your name is Warren Buffett or . . .

Historically Imerys SA wears many hats, especially as pertains to the predecessor's historical mining of certain invaluable minerals which were/are integral to European industrialization and in particular American industrialization.
You seem to want to come across as not having dug deep enough youknowwhat. That's simply not typical behavior on your part?

You stated "
so Mr 1student I think you can safely remove Imery's from your comments because I think they have sold their shares in NGC. They were likely part of the reason the price began to collapse last year. Do not know just putting 2 and 2 together possibly equallying 4 but I may be wrong an it only equals 3. LOL  "

LOL! Is it because of a lack of access to capital reserves, how did you put it, "
Imerys is liquidating many assets to scrap together cash", that you believe those subsidiary assets had been sold by Imers SA youknowwhat?
Alas, you are somehwat disappointing me youknowwhat.
After all, you of all people would be able to understand that the child of Roths has available more money than God, so to speak.

Had Imerys SA unloaded part of or the entirety of it's equity investment exposure to Northern Graphite Corporation, as you suggest said company principals had, it would be abundantly clear that Imerys principals having done so (and I am not suggesting they did) would have been due to strategic reasons entirely having nothing at all to do with any exposure Imerys SA subsidiaries had been facing with respect to the J&J talcum powder lawsuit.
You do know that Imerys SA is quite busy developing, within France and with some heavy weight stakeholders/partners, what is Europe's largest Lithium mine project, yes?

As I suggested, Imerys SA principals wrote down the assets which NGC was made to purchase from Imerys SA's subsidiary. Said company booked it's carry forward tax defraying attributes and then shifted, shuffled and dealt away (with the assistance and the TSX-V listed "shell company" provisioned by "The Missionaries On Assignment" of course) the assets currently held by NGC.

Imerys SA's Imerys Graphite and Carbon subsidiary process manufactures and most profitably supplies global industrial customers with synthetic graphite materials.
Imerys SA principals allowed Hugues Jacquemin to try to make something out of roughly $55 Million worth of essentially discarded assets.
After all, Imerys SA sold the assets in question for said amount of money and anything else derived would have been representative to Imerys SA of simply putting some more Grey Poupon on it, so to speak.

Finally, some woke math teachers are suggesting for students that 2+ 2 = 3 or perhaps 6 or perhaps any number other than 4.
LOL! It's math taught by idiots for would be little idiot "wokesters" who are being churned out at a younger and younger age.
You wouldn't happen to be one of "the woke", eh? LOL!
