Why did you authorize the issuance of Convertible Debentures rather than a Share Offering 6 years ago  and shortly after bet the farm on TH 1902 ,?

Both of these decisions resulted in THTX having to obtain financing from Marathon and caused a decrease of the share price  of over 98% when compared to the Share price at the time you opted for a convertible debenture

Why do you feel that you are the right person to Chair the BOD ,,,?Shame on you!!!!!
