TexmontI find it interesting that we haven't heard anything of late about Texmont. I have a gut feel there maybe some type of deal in the works on the Texmont property. Whether that is a JV or other type of bombshell I have no clue. Pure speculation on my part but Mark is pretty savvy at hitting where no one is looking. GLTA
