To your point they're not a good comparison to HPQ. As you've stated they're not a producer.
HPQ has the powerful opportunity to be both a producer and supplier. We all know what the benefits of vertical integration brings to the table.
Secondly, the supply that HPQ produces will be green while the MSE supply is not green. So no carbon rebate potential for MSE based product.
I could go on but these two factors rule out MSE.
When you look under the covers I think you'll find that there are really few HPQ direct competitors offering a new cost effective solution.
