Interesting they have a "strategic review process (disposition update)" slide that states: During FY23, Northwest divested $495.2 million(1) of its non-core assets and securities.

I suspect they are trying to pay off as much debt as they can in a prudent manner through asset sales then maybe a buyer will take the reit out in better shape....

either way the debt maturties in 2025 look scary.  can these guys even have any decent AFFO/equity with high interest rates?
