IMO our share count is Waaaayyy too high; for the size of the company. In lieu of a RS to right-size the outstanding shares; Atul needs to take some profit and buy back; i.e. take 5M and buy back 30-35M; then do it again and again Qtr by Qtr. Or can/would you pay out dividends? No value is being provided; at this point we're all waiting for revenue to hit 30M, then 35M, then 45,50,60.; 10 yrs from now. Without a RS not sure how you get on Nasdaq board.
Thoughts? or Suggestions? Free advice here without paying out 2.5M shares for it, lol.
