As a merger of equals

As a merger of equalsAs a merger of equals once the value of one of the companies is made clear the value of the other company may also be clear. They were suppose to have equal value as a merger of equals. The potential imminent signing of a new North American diagnostic deal and a pipeline update from AEZS could make AEZS's value a lot clearer to the market. H.C. Wainwright has had a US$15 target price for AEZS. Are they in the ballpark? We could have a clearer picture soon with the events. Ronnie Miller is "thrilled" about the merger and has Gilles by his side in the catbird seat at AEZS. What does "thrilled" mean to a man like Ronnie Miller who has been trained in excellence at the world's largest biotech as the President and CEO of Roche Canada for ~$20 years.
