RE:RE:RE:SERIOUS QUESTIONI agree.  The necessary steps they have taken will ensure that the Company weathers the interest/capital availabiity 'storm' until conditions improve.  An acquirer could have taken the same steps, so I guess the price was not right.

This is not a day-trade stock.  It is for patient investors who recognize that the operations are running well.  The write-down was forced due to the increase in the cap rate.  It is very possible that part or all of this could be reversed down the road.
