RE:Ksi Lisims buys TC Energy's pipeline route: Is power next?Could Oceanic ask a developer to build and maintain a windfarm plus any other infrastructure. The developer would not have to put up any money, with financing coming from the Ksi Lisims project and others.
The Haida and Ksi Lisims project each would have an equity share, but the Haida don't necessarily have to invest money.
I think the above would address the various concerns participants would have regarding the wiind project.
Saying the above, nothing comes without a cost. Both pipeline and windfarm financing are major expenditures.
