I admit to a bias for facts and evidence and against fabulous stories or conspiracy theories. Your milage may vary.

I do suggest that you visit the SERNAGEOMIN website to see for yourself that the taxes on Los Amarillos 1-3000 concessions are at the same rate as the taxes on the metallic Tesoro concessions.  The rate of tax on salt and nitrate concessions are much less than on metallic concessions.
