AGM voting

AGM voting A heads up, the cutoff is March 20th. If you haven't received your stupid package yet, you will have to contact wherever your shares are held to get control numbers in time or else you will have to show up at the meeting in person. No doubt,it is on their turf, at their lawyers office so don't  know what to expect but can imagine.

Attention legal readers, can anyone in that field offer an answer as to why the rules applicable to those who have had cease trade orders against them within the last ten years can stand as a nominee for director at the AGM? Fair question. Thank you.
