It is apparent you don't understand the difference between truth and fact, nor understand marketing.
I can accept that you believe the slide and it's clear you believe the information as true, but that information presented need not be factual for you to believe it. Interpretation is truth not fact.
So I'll say it a bit more plainly in the hopes you understand.
LABS can be working with Pharma X and that Pharma X may well be working on a full NDA or 505b2 submission (fact). LABS is not misstating anything in their slideware, but are counting on the weak-minded to interpret what they presented in a certain way (truth) as to believe that those submissions by Pharma X have been made (truth).
LABS has never stated publicly that any partner has submitted a NDA or 505b2 application, they simply stated they have customers that are working at every stage of the continuum which may well include ones that are working on a NDA 505b2. Had their partner/customer submitted said applications, they would so state and would required to do so. LABS has never stated that and thus what you have intrepreted as fact in actually your version of their truth (ie. your interpretation)
