The AIF-YE 2023 was filed March 12

The AIF-YE 2023 was filed March 12It details the formation of the company, how each property was acquired, from whom and for how much. All of the various financings are explained through the recent private placement in late February. The two convertible debt offerings, the first purchased by Sprott and the second into the general market, along with the warrants, their expirations and their exercise prices are all most interesting to me. In my experience, holders of the converts short the stock in order to receive more common shares in lieu of cash interest payments due.
