RE:RE:RE:Date for quarterly results and impending plans? This or next quarter's earning are irrelavant. High Arctic's low valuation over the last 3 years is due to the bleak forward looking outlook.
1. PNG - After mid-year, all the rigs go back to being cold stacked. Papua LNG FID is also uncertain to this point at the risk of getting shelved. Even if it gets approved, the company indicated that their rigs might not be needed. Who knows whether the rigs are in working condition or not. Basically, their PNG business is nothing but a small manpower training company.
2. Canada - Their rentals business is tiny and while the recent accquisition will add some scale, the results are yet to be seen.
3. Team Snubbing - This is the best part of the business (probably since management is not directly involved), demonstrating some growth.
At this point, I doubt the ROC will happen. Even if it does it might be a much smaller fraction that initially announced. This is because this company needs capital to do something meaningful. After the ROC, this will be a tiny micro-cap, dont know what value a further PNG listing will bring.
