RE:I will admit, this isn't helpfulSage Ranch is moving ahead full speed.- (March 8th 2023 NR)
The Greenbriar professional engineering team will be filing all of the completed engineering construction plans for all of the improvements for Phase I construction within the next 10 days for the purpose of obtaining the construction permits. - (Dec 4th 2023 NR) - If this was the case the permits should have already been issued.
If, as requested by the district, the court were to find the analysis inadequate, the city may revise and reissue the WSA to address any inadequacies and move forward with fully entitling the project. - (Dec 11th 2023 NR) Within this statement it says that they cannot begin construction because the project is not permitted if a new WSA analysis is required (or even entitled).
Only after the construction of the project, will the DRE be requested to issue the final white report (Public Report) for the project. Any potentially required analysis of water supplies will be resolved well before then. - (Dec 11th 2023 NR) Are they moving ahead without being allowed to accept non refundable deposits or sell any homes/lots without a yellow report from DRE (which has yet to be applied for).
There was to be a new website released a year ago (like the Toll Brother website) and yet they have not updated the previous website from 2021. The Keller-Williams team mentions virtually nothing on their on ow website or facebook page about Sage Ranch. The Sage Ranch facebook page hasn't had a post since 2022.
I personally find it very difficult to believe that they can have shovels in the ground within two months, let alone two weeks from now.
There are more (not less) red flags, that are waving in the air currently with every document released.
I still personally believe everything is up to the court's judgement and Greenbriar has basically admitted this with the potential of having to redo the WSA.
