To me the stock price makes no sense at these price levels either. Not with our current portfolio of contracts plus DHS on the way. I do believe there are outside forces manipulating the stock price at the moment and as most long term investors are tapped out we can't make a difference anymore and they know it. As things progress this too shall pass. Look at the big picture. It is just a matter of time and it will swing our way. In the mean time this complaining is not a positive for new investors exploring this stock.
