I disagree with the joint venture. It does not mean anything, still speculation. A buyout would if they buy at ridiculous higher valuation only. We still have cash and slowing cash burn. It is the most unlikely thing in the short term because of the risks the buyer would take for that big price tag. They also hinted a plan to merge and acquire a company, if they get a very good deal it might help the SP. They got one for Vivo, but it did not help,
