Just a spiral down with merger vote on horizon.

Sue and her team are getting handsomely paid for under delivering. Most longs are now underwater at $ .72 cents. Not sure where this rebound too if it does move higher. Supported it up and believed they could deliver and never unloaded on this painful decline.
