Yes, I wouldn't be surprises at all that he would have terminated himself, in fear of having his identity discovered. What is most notable is that the two handles which have been by far the most active on this BB were or have been removed. According to some, TTT died, but that could also have been a lie.
Another point is that no one has stated why MM was removed. It may not even have been for posts on Spectral. He was involved elsewhere also. One thing for sure is if he is not staying away for his own reasons or for some legal problems, he will be back in a not too long while, as X changed into SWYG and later into TTT, without fooling anyone.
