Your one play continues to be to blame Mgt for non- disclosure of whatever facts that you deem as essential, at any impulsive moment.
You must have had a difficult childhood. When things don't go as you expected or were " promised" you tend to go into temper tantrum mode. Just an observation that I hope can in some way help you.
Certain types of disclosures can be detrimental to the cause. Regarding the latter, I'm pretty sure they have sought legal advice and constantly reevaluate as circumstances change.
Instead I choose to call Mgt. out for non-promotion Which would at least be supportive of the SP.
