My HP,
This info leaves me somewhat confused.
I was under the impression that RTC Solutions would be the builder/owner of the plant.
And, they were denied access to the sand they had lined up because of some sort of opposition.
CMSs source of sand was approved.
This would create a situation where RTC would be dependent on CPS for its material.
I don't know if I have this right.
