RE:Title explains it all indeed The terms of the sale were not disclosed so how do I know they will dilute to buy it?  It's an assumption of mine based on Curas latest disclosure of their cash on hand. Regardless congrats to Cura investors that their management closely follows the king of the sector TLRY Tilray Brands
