RE:New Press Release - Crescent Point Plans Name Change to Veren

Is this really necessary?  What is the estimated cost to convert all the signage, website, listing info, marketing/communications, etc?  What is the cost for the marketing company to come up with a new logo, website, etc?  Sorry but all I see here is higher admin costs for a year or two while they try to create a new brand.  Did they really taint their image that bad with the HH deal that they need to rebrand.  Instead, why doesn't the board and CEO focus on returning capital to shareholders.  Give investors the reason they are looking for to invest.... an actual return.  Investors could care less about their name.  Respect shareholders by making the return compelling and investiment will flow in.  Why does this company hate the idea of rewarding investors?
