As a gambler you can buy whenever. You can decide to buy every time your area gets 2 cm of rain. Or when BT just tells you to buy - now is the time according to latest interviews

As an investor, you should understand the key milestones in the process toward commercialization and wait for certain results or events.

As much of a disruptor they think they are, they have disrupted nothing so far. Correct me if I am wrong.
