See below my actual forecast of LT Debt at the end of 2024 if Baytex bought 100M shares of Juniper at 5$, somewhere in Q2 2024.
I used the information published by Baytex in it’s March presentation 2024.
I used the quarterly % of 2022 to allocate quarterly the 800M$ of FCF that Baytex anticipates with a WTI at 80$US for 2024.

Baytex may also paid a part of it’s 2nd LT Debt of 800M$ with it’s credit facilities unused during 2024, because the rate is lower.
The question remain …

Is it a good idea to bought the remaining 100M Juniper shares ?
By rules, max. nbr. of shares Baytex is able to bought back of a non insider.

I think Juniper will wait after Q3 2024 results, at that time, good chance to see 6$ or more per share and made a 8% profit compare to it's initial participation at 5,56$ CDN.
