maybe D9 can merge with Auxly! 

xly has been trading at two cents for months now, have deep financial support, international sales Australia for one, have partnered with D9 in the past, D9 had a agreement for wholesale sales to Auxly, Auxly could use D9's craft cannabis expertise, Vape sales and pre rolls, additional retail outlets.   Might be a good fit for both.
