RE:More Debt/Share Conversion..Thompson (Insider)Oh...forgot to mention..given to Thompson...at .14 cents!!!!!...600k shares for the so called debt of $84K...today with price being at .18 cents, lets say...he just increased his conversion debt and made a easy 24K...How nice!!!! and way more if they can manage to get stock price some how to move!!!!..they are not long term investors..they will be the so called DAY TRADERS!!!!...They do not deserve to make easy money like this,..as INSIDERS in my humble Opinion....You Form your Own Opinion.
