RE:negotiationsPlace a net smelter royalty agreement on this , like others in-development do.  Keeping Pointe Rousse was okay, in principal, but there was too much risk for a small production profile, taking away focus, attention and dollars from Goldboro.

It is worth noting that all the assets within Signal Gold are separate legal entities (incorporated subsidiaries).

A new resource estimate will come out (and likely completed in principal as the initial PFS is over 2 years old) and the company will be positioned very well.
