The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Samir's recent letter to unitholders made clear he is champing at the bit to finally go on offense.

I think after a few hundred million more in dispositions, Artis will be in position to make a play for DREAM Office, perhaps in concert with Michael Cooper. I hope Samir learned lessons from Cominar and will structure the next takeover more transparently and on more favorable terms: leave Koch Industries out of it, and ensure Artis gets its fair share of any debt or preferred shares.
