And it depends on what price the PP is done at and where they sold their shares.As long as you sell at or above the price of the unit, the stock plus the warrant, then the warrant is free. Recent PPs have seen the stock trade below the PP price so you would be 'paying' the difference for the warrant. And the selling ahead of time has started between 22 and 25 cents so when the PP was priced at 18 cents they made between 4 and 7 cents to replace their shares AND pick up a warrant. And even the ones who pre-sell below the PP price and 'pay' for their warrant they are getting a deal because they are getting 5 years from now and at a lower exercise price than the tradeable warrants.
But as you say it shouldn't really matter because BTD and AA should come soon enough, it's just hard to watch the stock languish down here when there is so much to be positive about.
