CRAZY MAN

Waiting since last June/July for the first predicted cut, seems to be on the horizon but anything but a certainty. When this happens do we get back to the July-Sept levels - all else being equal?

That would be:

AX- $7.20
HR- $10.50
RIOCAN - $20
D- Double what it is now
