Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Music to my ears. But I disagree with your characterization of Samir so far -- I think he's just getting started. Not sure if Samir has got his hands on the bazooka ($440m) yet. And imagine if we sell another half a billion. Half of that to debt and half to "value investing strategies" could make things here very, very interesting.

I'm a patient man and I don't think we see this level again. I will not part ways with my core position here for less than I think they are worth. Pop corn ready.
