Echo Chamber

Echo ChamberThe more I think about this whole thing, the more it looks like five people (Board of Directors) in an echo chamber attempting to make this deal appear interesting because they anticipate ''favorable treatment'' from KKR once the deal is finalized.
This says it all: "The transaction provides immediate liquidity and certainty of value to MDF Commerce shareholders." This statement clearly reflects the position of Long Path Partners, but I fail to see why IQ, FTQ, and Fondaction would take a hit just to free up some liquidity in a realy bad deal. It appears that the ''certain value'' is evident to anyone but those five no matter how you look at it. JMHO
