Good news Bad newsGood News: Company keeps pumping out good news: company out-performing expectations, lots of cash on hand, increased production, increased reserved, massive discovery of nickel to lower AISC, acquisition of additional mill plus more reserves, price of gold rising above $2100, etc.

Bad News: SP basically unchanged, BOD entertaining single low-ball bid from out of nowhere without informing market and other interested parties.
